Anchor 13 Studio’s mission is to point hearts towards healing and restoration.

The vision of the studio is accomplished through providing faith-based, creative materials from multiple artists which are used to encourage engagement and participation in creative expression. These creative materials consist of fine art (originals and prints), coloring pages, which are also accompanied by curated written content. These materials combined, offer an art therapy experience that is guided by powerful, real-life stories and Biblical truths that offer a personal discovery process towards hope and healing. These materials are to help share grace, hope, truth, and most importantly love, to the hearts of those who feel lost, broken and abandoned. Anna Friendt, the founder of this nonprofit organization, has a heart for helping victims of both commercial sex exploitation and human trafficking through creativity as well as bringing hope and healing to those in addiction recovery and prisons.

The studio is very passionate about creative collaboration by working in harmony and unity with other nonprofit organizations who share the same goal of bringing heart-restoration to people who need it; we join forces with other nonprofits to bring hope and healing.

Spirit-Filled Woman Magazine is a bi-monthly print magazine passionate about encouraging women to walk by faith, follow the Lord’s direction for their own lives, and live in confidence of the Spirit’s leading by balancing truth with grace and love. We believe in living in obedience to Christ, not as a slave to a legalistic law of man nor through living by the flesh.

I say then, walk by the Spirit and you will certainly not carry out the desire of the flesh. For the flesh desires what is against the Spirit, and the Spirit desires what is against the flesh; these are opposed to each other, so that you don’t do what you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Galatians 5:16-18

We exist to point women to the Word rather than earthly things, extremes, feelings, man-made traditions, or the teachings of people alone for the answers required for all of life’s decisions. We aim to do this by equipping women to be students of the Word for themselves rather than relying exclusively on the words of man – no matter how wise they may be! We believe in the importance of all Christ-followers to live and act as the Bereans of Acts 17:11 who eagerly heard Christian teachings, but only received them as their own beliefs if they lined up with Scripture.

North Heights Christian Academy’s MISSION is to prepares students to stand firm and live victoriously in Christ by building a foundation of faith, truth, knowledge, and wisdom.

We consider North Heights Christian Academy to be an extension of the child’s home. The threefold cord mentioned in Ecclesiastes 4:12 can be thought of as the home, the church, and the school all providing consistent, sound biblical teaching and training in the life of your child.

If the values taught at home and church are attacked at school, the best pos-sible spiritual progress will be impeded. But if the home, the church, and the school work in harmony and reinforce each other, the child will have the greatest opportunity to mature spiritually, academically, and emotionally.

LYON COUNSELING – TRUSTED CHRISTIAN COUNSELING FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS.

Karin Lyon’s Mission is to take a multi-dimensional approach to counseling, by incorporating spiritual, relational and physical aspects into the counseling process. She believes, that your thoughts, underlying beliefs, emotions and actions are all inextricably tied together. So are your mind, spirit and body. If you change one element you can powerfully impact the others. Scripture has much to say about this and Karin is firm believer that you can “be transformed by the renewing of your mind” especially with the help of Jesus, the Ultimate Healer (Rom 12:2). Many of us unknowingly believe things about ourselves, other people, and God that are not actually true, but are making us miserable.

Karin helps people to uncover the beliefs they hold onto that can contribute to stress, sleep problems, panic, depression, relational difficulties, etc. The healing process is about helping God’s Truth go from the head into the heart, so that it actually FEELS true internally and transforms the rest of one’s life.  Karin uses Truth from scripture as well as insights and illustrations from her field, to help in this powerful work. Techniques that help to calm and alter the physical systems involved in anxiety and depression are also incorporated. She believes that counseling can help you find true freedom, joy and contentedness and develops trust in an active, loving, and compassionate God.
