2 OPTIONS FOR THE WINTER SESSION (LIVE or ON DEMAND)-Please participate in all options with us, to get a jump start into your healthy living…Spirit-Soul-Body!

 

 

Option #1:  LIVE CLASS-TUESDAYS-5:30-6:45 p.m.

When:          WINTER EVENING SESSION- 10 Sessions on TUESDAYS from Tuesday, January 20th-March 24th, 2026 ($30.00)            

Time:            5:30-6:45 p.m.

Where:        Hope Church-Oakdale, MN

 

Option #2:  Integrity & Grace ON DEMAND 

When:           WINTER AT HOME SESSION-Absolutely anytime you want!

(NOTE:  This is a Month-to-Month commitment with absolutely no contract)

Time:             You Choose

The first LIVE class is always FREE. We just wouldn’t have it any other way!
(this is truly a great way to try out Integrity & Grace or to invite a friend to join the class with absolutely no obligation.)

3 Options for Participation in our LIVE Classes:

$30.00 Suggested Fee-Full 10-week “discount rate” reserves your spot for the entire session!  This option will make the most sense if you plan to come every week and if you also purchase within the first 3 classes of the session starting. Otherwise, one of the other options would make the most sense financially.

$40.00 Suggested Fee-10-Class Punchcard.  This punchcard can be used each time that you come into class and never expires.  This option will make the most sense if you do not plan to come every week, but know that you want to participate whenever you can.  You only are paying for what you use with this option.

$5.00 Suggested Fee-Per Class “drop in” Fee.  This option covers your one-time “drop-in” each time we have the pleasure of having you join us for class.  This option would be best for anyone who is not able to commit on a regular basis, but still wants to be involved intermittently.​

Note: Scholarships are always available as a bridge for people in a time and season of struggle and need.  Please inquire with us and we would love to tell you more about options. We want you to be involved and will work hard to find a way for that to happen.
