• May we suggest some great places to look into if you are looking to find out more about authentic Christian yoga;   Holy Yoga, Yogadevotion and YogaFaith are some institutions that we have heard provide wonderful options, but are not able to give any firsthand details about.

• In keeping your donor status current (MTM), access to your previous professional workouts, to build a diverse multitude of classes to select from.

Integrity & Grace ON DEMAND will be accessible to any SMART TV, desktop computer, tablet, or mobile device with Wi-Fi capability.

We will keep it simple!  A sticky exercise mat, water bottle, a towel and an open heart.  For a detailed response on what to expect in each class, see our FAQ section under the ABOUT tab.

Each ON DEMAND program released (9 total at this time), follows the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) approach to Periodization training.  Following this program for 6-8 weeks will allow for initial discovery to complete mastery, without the loss of effectiveness.  We encourage our participants to start a journaling process the very first time they begin a new program, so that they have concrete evidence as to what is hard and where they are seeing the most improvements.  Written documentation is a powerful tool to transformational change.

In addition, because the participant will not have to relay on observing the video as much-upon doing it a few times, he/she will be able to listen and ease into the various movements more deeply and with less confusion and strain on the neck.  This will ultimately lead to increased improvement and then to complete mastery.  The sense of accomplishment that the participant will feel creates the synergy to want to keep going and moving forward in their health and wellness.

At Integrity & Grace, we truly believe that it is essential for participants to taste the sweetness of success in their efforts, and our unique program desires this for every single person who participates with us.  Spirit-Soul Body.

Your subscription will be billed each month, on the same day of the month that you initially subscribed.  If you cancel and restart, your billing date will always be the most current date that you started on.

As long as you keep your member status current, you will also have full access to ALL 9 professionally recorded videos, as well as access to ALL training materials to complete the at-home process.

Nope. Because of our SECURE membership portal, you do not need to take up any space on your hard drive or deal with any frustrating downloading issues.

While being led by a certified Integrity & Grace instructor for group classes is ideal, we understand that there may not be a certified Integrity & Grace instructor in your area to build a live group class.  This is why we have decided on two donation amounts, depending on your individual circumstance and desire.  One for PRIVATE (1 person, in home) use and one for GROUP (more than 1 person, wherever) use.  You are free to use Integrity & Grace ON DEMAND the way you choose, and we trust the integrity of what God speaks to your heart in donating…it is not our desire to micro manage this.  Eventually, we pray that there would be an individual in your community led to pursue becoming an Integrity & Grace Instructor (fitness missionary), so that true community and worship can be developed in your area in the fullest way.

Yes, you can access your videos on a TV that has an Internet browser built into it.  You will have to open the browser first and then log into your account.  Or with the technology that is available today-with the right cables or casting options, you can easily connect your computer to your TV for a larger screen.

For as long as you desire. Should your life needs change; you can cancel at absolutely any time.  We make it easy, as we disclose full details on the ON DEMAND page, and also in this FAQ segment.  We only want you to want to be a part of what we are doing.  No long term contracts here.  🙂

We’re so glad you asked.  When you sign up for the Integrity & Grace ON DEMAND monthly membership, you will have two choices for participation upon check out.  One choice ($10.00) is for single usage.  The other choice ($20.00) is for a small group usage.  You can then gather your group (large or small), divide up the cost and cast the work-out/work-in to whatever medium you desire.  From a laptop to a big screen, the choice is yours to make.  May God bless your small group abundantly, as you take in God’s word through a kinesthetic approach to study.
